  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities :

· To build, establish, maintain, and improve relationships with customers.

· Ensure consignment orders are processed accurately based on the order and instructions given by the customers and/or management.

· Able to communicate and coordinate with Shippers, Customers, Customs broker, Transporters on cargo transportations/status.

· Work closely with Warehouse Operations to ensure timely and accurate movements of inventory.

· Assist in customs documentation and ensure accurate declaration of import and export permits.

· Maintain systematic document filing.

· Ensure prompt billing of invoices and assisting in overdue payment collection.

· Perform any other ad hoc assigned by the department head.

Job Requirements:

· Diploma/Degree holder in Business/ Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent.

· 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in the logistics field, preferably with experience in the Chemical field.

· Positive working attitude & be a good team player.

· Proficient in MS Office Applications, e.g. Excel/words.

· Able to communicate in Mandarin & English.

· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
