Duties & Responsibilities


  • Work together with copywriters, art directors and account team to provide creative, strategically sound solutions for client, in-house and new business needs.
  • Conceptualize, design and generate creative contentthat have visual impact across multiple touch points (offline and online campaigns)
  • Clearly communicate information & direction to other art directors & designers as well as suppliers.
  • Reviewing designers’ work to ensure high quality.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations by presenting work in an organized and interesting manner

Job Requirements


  • Possess Diploma / Degree in Graphic Design or any equivalent
  • At least 3 to 5 years working experience in Creative, advertising and brand building agency working with FMGC clients or design studio with strength in details, creative graphic and layout design.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English with good presentations skills.
  • Proficient use of Adobe CC software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effect & etc.)
  • Interactive/digital experience. Knowledge in interactive, web design (HTML / CSS) or motion graphics.
  • Illustration/sketching ability.
  • Knowledge about consumer behavior, brand and business objectives/challenges, current and upcoming trends in various markets
  • Strong conceptual & visualization skills with a passion and interest in digital & designing.
  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
  • Excellent communication skills, able to provide and receive feedback in a positive and constructive manner
  • Proactive problem solver. Remain calm despite high pressure situations.
  • Strong attention to detail, creative, versatile and able to work under pressure.
