Assist the Company Secretary in all aspects of secretarial duties
Preparation of resolutions, minutes and other corporate secretarial documents
Update and maintain statutory records of clients
Ensure proper and timely filing of statutory returns / forms with SSM
Liaising with clients, SSM and all other relevant authorities in connection with company secretarial matters
Meticulous, organised and able to multi-task and work independently
Computer literate particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel application, good typing skills and having knowledge of MYCOID, MBRS and Secretarial Software is an added advantage
Professional Certificate / ICSA / Degree in Corporate or Business Admin. Those without qualification but with relevant working experience will also be considered.
Full time position only
5 days’ week

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
