Position: Senior Facebook Ads Manager
Location: Wangsa Maju
Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Managing Director
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Facebook Ads Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience to lead our digital advertising initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of ad setup, budget management, content strategy, and technical analysis, with a primary focus on generating high-quality leads. You will also be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of two marketing professionals, driving collaboration and performance excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement robust Facebook advertising strategies that align with business objectives to maximize lead generation.
- Oversee the setup, management, and optimization of multiple campaigns across various objectives and audiences.
- Budget Management:
- Manage substantial advertising budgets, ensuring strategic allocation to achieve optimal ROI.
- Conduct financial forecasting, reporting, and analysis to track budget performance and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Content Development & Optimization:
- Collaborate with creative teams to create compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with target audiences.
- Ensure all ad content is optimized for performance and adheres to brand standards and messaging.
- Technical Analysis & Insights:
- Utilize advanced analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and gather actionable insights.
- Conduct A/B testing to refine targeting, messaging, and creative approaches for continuous improvement.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship:
- Manage and mentor a team of two marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Provide guidance, support, and feedback to team members to enhance their skills and career development.
- Reporting & Stakeholder Communication:
- Prepare comprehensive performance reports for senior management, highlighting key metrics, insights, and strategic recommendations.
- Serve as the primary liaison for all Facebook advertising initiatives, effectively communicating with cross-functional teams.
- Market Research & Trends:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in Facebook advertising and digital marketing.
- Analyze competitor strategies and industry benchmarks to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on Facebook advertising.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other relevant analytical tools.
- Analytical Ability: Exceptional analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex information to diverse audiences.
- Leadership Skills: Experience managing and developing a small team, with a strong focus on collaboration and mentorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- Familiarity with additional social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn) and digital marketing channels (SEO, email marketing).
- Experience with CRM systems and lead generation tools.
