Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers at our store with book inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
  • Attend to and resolve customer inquiries or complaints made via email, chats, and phone calls.
  • Monitor and respond to online inquiries via Facebook, Instagram, Google, Shopee, and TikTok platforms.
  • Update customers on store promotions and events.
  • Constantly interact with internal parties to ensure all issues and complaints are addressed.
  • Provide knowledgeable book recommendations based on customer preferences.
  • Stay informed about new book releases, store promotions and upcoming events.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in books or similar industry is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Willingness to work on shifts (day, evening, or night) and availability to work overtime as and when needed.
  • Enthusiasm for books and literature will be an added advantage.
