Position: F&B Floor Manager
- Respond to customer comments and criticism in a constructive and positive manner, looking at such as an opportunity to build customer relation. Educate and empower staff to act in a similar capacity.
- Meeting and greeting customers and organizing table reservations.
- Advising customers on menu and wine choice.
- Actively seeks and reviews customer feedback in regard to food quality, service and overall satisfaction and takes appropriate and timely action.
- Coordinating the entire operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts.
- Training and motivating staff.
- Ensuring that all employees adhere to the company's policy and standards.
- Managing staff and providing them with feedback.
- Preparing reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control and sales.
- Taking responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant.
- Executing plans for department sales, profit and staff development.
- Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety.
- Monitor stock levels and ordering supplies.
- Helping in any area of the restaurant when circumstances dictate.

- 3-4 years’ work experience in Restaurant/ Hotel & similar industry.
- Low Education Certificate / High Education Certificate /Hospitality Certificate/Diploma or equivalent
- Driven to make sure that every customer feels valued.
- Managing, controlling, disciplining, coordinating and motivating staff.
- Demonstrated time management and organizational skills.
- Proactive Planning.
