As a Customer Success Intern, you will:
- Assist in providing support to customers, helping them navigate the platform and troubleshoot issues.
- Help build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering solutions.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with senior team members to resolve customer issues and provide feedback to the product team.
- Assist with onboarding new clients, ensuring they are fully set up and comfortable using the platform.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement in the customer experience.
