QUALITY EXECUTIVE

Main Resposibility 1. To be the Risk Representative for the company. To coordinate the risk management updating and reporting, and other risk related activities within the company. 2. To work together with all internal stakeholders in promoting quality awareness and customer requirements. 3. To develop, establish and manage the implementation of Internal Quality Audit (IQA) for work and related quality activities at all area offices and relevant departments according to the established company procedures and policy. 4. To be the QMR (Quality Management Representative) representing the company for ISO 9001 external audit. 5. To be the company quality authority, and ensure all processes needed for the Quality Management System (QMS) are established, implemented and maintained. 6. To develop, document, implement and maintain the QMS to satisfy the needs of the Company and its customers. 7. To update the procedures and quality documentations and report to top management on the performance of the QMS. 8. To carry out the internal audit together with other IQA team member. 9. To prepare the IQA report within the stipulated time frame. 10. To compile, update and prepare analysis of quality data such as Non-Conformance Report (NCR), Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), etc. 11. To assist superior in the updating and compiling of quality documents or records and any other task that required from time to time. 2. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE • Minimum degree in Civil Engineering or any related field • 2 to 5 years of experience in Quality Management Representative (QMR) 3. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE • Quality Management System (QMS) • Risk Management • ISO • QA/QC • Internal Audit and knowledge on business core activity
