Key Responsibilities: • Campaign Strategy & Execution: o Develop and implement robust Facebook advertising strategies that align with business objectives to maximize lead generation. o Oversee the setup, management, and optimization of multiple campaigns across various objectives and audiences. • Budget Management: o Manage substantial advertising budgets, ensuring strategic allocation to achieve optimal ROI. o Conduct financial forecasting, reporting, and analysis to track budget performance and recommend adjustments as needed. • Content Development & Optimization: o Collaborate with creative teams to create compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with target audiences. o Ensure all ad content is optimized for performance and adheres to brand standards and messaging. • Technical Analysis & Insights: o Utilize advanced analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and gather actionable insights. o Conduct A/B testing to refine targeting, messaging, and creative approaches for continuous improvement. • Team Leadership & Mentorship: o Manage and mentor a team of two marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. o Provide guidance, support, and feedback to team members to enhance their skills and career development. • Reporting & Stakeholder Communication: o Prepare comprehensive performance reports for senior management, highlighting key metrics, insights, and strategic recommendations. o Serve as the primary liaison for all Facebook advertising initiatives, effectively communicating with cross-functional teams. • Market Research & Trends: o Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in Facebook advertising and digital marketing. o Analyze competitor strategies and industry benchmarks to identify opportunities for innovation and growth. Qualifications: • Experience: 10+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on Facebook advertising. • Technical Skills: Expertise in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other relevant analytical tools. • Analytical Ability: Exceptional analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex information to diverse audiences. • Leadership Skills: Experience managing and developing a small team, with a strong focus on collaboration and mentorship.
