  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform a range of luxurious spa treatments, including massages, facials, body wraps, and more, ensuring guests feel pampered and rejuvenated.
  • Customize treatments to meet the individual needs and preferences of guests, providing personalized care and attention.
  • Recommend and promote spa services and products to enhance the guest experience, showcasing your expertise and knowledge.
  • Maintain a clean and organized treatment room and spa area, adhering to strict protocols and standards to ensure guest safety and comfort.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest spa trends and techniques, participating in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills.
  • Embrace the vibrant culture of Malaysia, including the opportunity to commute or relocate as needed and travel using our convenient train system.
  • Be comfortable handling non-halal and alcohol products as part of your role.

Requirements:

  • Malaysian nationality.
  • Certification or diploma in massage therapy or esthetics.
  • Minimum of 2 or more years of experience in a luxury spa environment.
  • Proficiency in a variety of massage and spa treatments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
