ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Requirements:

• Candidate must posses at least Diploma/ Professional Certificate or Bachelor Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent.
• Good in both oral and written in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• 1 or 2 years of working experiences preferred but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Experienced in AutoCount Accounting Software will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full set of accounts, management reports and cash flows.
• Monitor and control in-flow and out-flow funds; verify all payments before obtain approval from authorizer.
• Responsible for overall day-to-day accounting and finance functions include preparing of payments, monitor receipts.
• Monitor cashflows position and fund placement, bank balance and banking facilities transactions such as handling letter of credit, bank guarantee.
• Monitor and maintain adequate cash flow and ensure cash book is updated.
• Liaison with bankers and internal team including head of department, group accountant, admin, operation, sales & marketing team members.
• Ensure all reports are accurate and timely for periodic submission.
• Liaise with auditors and company secretary when necessary.
• Maintain proper filling system
• To perform any other duties and responsibilities on ad-hoc basis.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
