Managing the day-to-day operations of the practice.Participates in interviewing, hiring and orientation of new staff.Conduct rounds meeting and performance reviews.Holding local training sessions for colleagues in referral discipline and other profession involvement.Managing finances, including budgets and payroll.Works with Management to identify opportunities and problems and initiates plans for decision-making and problem solving in the organization.Collaborating with veterinarians to develop and assess business strategies.Ensure all vets reach their targets.Assures employee evaluations are completed in a timely manner and appropriate goals are set for all staff supervised.Ensuring our practice complies with industry regulations.Ensure all methods of communication in the practice are effective and work to the benefit of patients.Interacting with patients and addressing any concerns or complaints.Working as a team to ensure the practice runs effectively and meets objectives.Monitor leave and give confirmation every time there is a veterinarian wants to take leave.Acknowledge all the overtime and B shift claims and submitted by the Veterinarian.Conduct rounds meetingAny other matter related to the Veterinarian.
