  • Monitoring current projects includes reporting status, progress updates, and identifying areas that require corrective actions.
  • Responsible for managing the people side of an organization, which includes responsibilities such as interviewing new employees, developing strategies for developing talent at all levels, and coaching organizational leaders

  • Drive company results from both an operational and financial perspective by working closely with the Directors and other key executive team members.Responsible not limited to: managing employee payroll, statutory payments (EPF, SOCSO EIS, ePCB, EA, CP204) & ensure and enforcing employee welfare, claims/expenses processing and reimbursement, machinery inventory monitoring, plan inventory shipment, work on machinery costing and quotation, generate monthly report for performance monitoring on sales & employees.
  • Onboarded new employees with training and new hire documentation.
  • Prepared monthly reconciliation of bank accounts and took corrective actions on deviations.
  • Generate financial report like P&L, Balance Sheet, monthly account closing, debtor / creditor aging report, sales order & outstanding sales report for executive decision-making support and also liaising with auditor, company secretary.
  • Minimum Education: Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree
  • Candidate must display distinctive personal quality characters of leadership and trust worthiness.
  • Have more than 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Language English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
  • Accounting or business administrative development background would be of added advantage
  • Alternate Saturday working.
  • Able to operate SQL Accounting will be advantage.
