  • Liaise with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies (SSM), auditors, and shareholders, ensuring all correspondence is handled in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide general administrative support, including document management, filing, and handling office correspondence.
  • Assist in managing office supplies, bookings, and other office-related tasks.

  • Stay up-to-date with changes in corporate laws and regulations.
  • Minimum diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Administration, Business Management, Company Secretarial Practice, or related).
  • Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) will be an added advantages.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
