  • Oversee the production of various marketing materials, including print collateral, digital content, and advertising campaigns.
  • Ensure that all materials effectively convey the brand message and engage target audiences.
  • Develop guidelines and training programs for the various teams to ensure high-quality support aligned with brand values.
  • Manage campaigns and all customer service initiatives for upcoming projects.
  • Engage in the establishment and promotion of in-store and retail, executing targeted marketing strategies to effectively reach customers.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies to optimize reach and engagement.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of branding and marketing efforts.
  • Regularly report on performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve business goals.

To assist in building a strong company profile and expanding our market presence. This role involves identifying store locations and pop-up opportunities, proposing ideas for campaigns and activities, supporting promotional and sales efforts and creating impactful marketing assets.

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of marketing and PR strategies.
  • Creative thinking and initiative in proposing ideas and campaigns.
  • Experience in sales with understanding of sales strategies and customer engagement.
  • Ability to travel for store visits and resource sourcing.
  • Capacity to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum education: Diploma and above
  • Language required: Bahasa Malaysia & English.
  • Skills required: Sales, Marketing, Branding & Development.
