RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Operational Management:

• Oversee daily store operations.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Manage store opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure the store complied with company policies.

2) Inventory Control:

• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.
• Conduct regular stock checks and audits.
• Handle inventory discrepancies and returns.

3) Reporting and Analysis:

• Generate and analyze reports on inventory.
• Provide insights and recommendations for store improvement.
• Report to management on store performance and issues.

4) Assisting for Procurement:

• Manage relationships with suppliers.
• Ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any supply chain issues.
• Handle documentation tasks.

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess Degree certificates.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
• No prior experience in the related field is necessary for this position.
• Essential skills: strong communication abilities, expertise in Microsoft Excel and Word, and careful attention to detail.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM500.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
