Objectives:
Provide various of clerical tasks and duties to assures smooth production & supply efficiency.
Responsibility & Authorities:
· To prepare and organize general documentation (Purchase Order, Delivery Order, Material Cert, Job Traveler, Supplier's Invoice, drawing, etc.) and ensure timeliness and accurate of all documents
· To follow company rules and management system.
· To ensure compliant to ISO9001 Quality Management System.
· Carry out other tasks or duties as assigned by Manager or Management
· Coordinate with other department for order, delivery, quality of raw material and purchase parts
· Liaise with other department needs for transportation supplier
Requirements/Competency:
· Strong communication skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, Excel and computer skills.
· Highly organized and able to multitask.
· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
· Able to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
