  • Willing to work rotational shifts starting from 5:45 am until 10:15 pm (Monday to Sunday)
  • A customer-oriented approach is essential. To greet all guests and members, understand their needs and wants, efficiently communicate correct information to the best of your abilities, and ensure that all communications to members are performed professionally and promptly.
  • Effectively handle all feedback and complaints from members/ guests and relay them to the Head of the Department.
  • Ensuring the cleanliness of the Front Desk is maintained daily and is consistently tidy and presentable.
  • Manage the daily towel inventories. Ensuring the daily towels are counted and recorded correctly and efficiently.
  • Ensure all merchandise is well-kept and tallied with the monthly report.
  • Responsible for administrating membership paperwork and following all SOPs strictly.
  • Administration duties- Responsible for handling all requests, collecting outstanding payments, and performing all procedures correctly.
  • Ensure all SOPs, procedures, and practices of the Company are in place for proper processing, storage, and management. Including information on members and their financial details.
  • Ensure the Club daily audit is performed daily at the start and end of your respective shift.
  • Conduct the services of the Company in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure all areas of the Club are well maintained and are consistently tidy and presentable.
  • To be fully aware of promotional activities and sales targets.
  • Conduct sales tours of the facilities when required. Ensure all prospective members receive the appropriate information regarding the facility and the membership packages.
  • Carry out efficiently and within the time given, the duties and responsibilities assigned to you, whether in writing or verbally.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
