JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Assist & report to QA Executive and Asst QA Manger
To lead and supervise QC in carrying out day-to-day IPQC & IQC tasks in accordance with documented procedures, respective plans and specifications.
To plan for QC movement & OT, discuss with QA Executive if necessary.
Assist QA Executive to develop, implement, monitor and make improvements of IPQC & IQC (procedures, documents /report).
Monitor non-conformance of finished goods and material on daily basis and liaise with relevant department.
Coordinate with supplier on any packaging material issues, preparing related reports including Supplier Corrective Action Request (SCAR)
Monitor rework activity and maintain the stock level of rework materials.
To follow up any quality issue inform by QC / production / maintenance / management.
Plan and initiate test runs, in-house study or trial.
Perform data collection, analysis and reporting.
Assist on developing & implementing of ISO / HACCP documents.
Perform any ad-hoc task as instructed by QA Executive / management. \
