  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Credit Controller to manage our credit and collections processes. The ideal candidate will ensure timely payments, maintain customer relationships, and support our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor customer accounts and manage credit limits.
  • Contact customers for overdue payments and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare reports on outstanding invoices and aging accounts.
  • Collaborate with sales and finance teams to improve collections processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in credit control or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of credit management and financial principles.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in accounting software.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
