We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resource Executive to play a key role in our HR department. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on monitoring staff performance, managing KPIs, updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and ensuring smooth departmental operations. This role requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Performance Management:
  • Monitor employee performance through performance reviews, observations, and data analysis.
  • Identify performance gaps and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to employees.
  • Manage and track employee Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure performance management processes align with company goals and objectives.
  • SOP Development and Maintenance:
  • Review, update, and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various HR functions and departmental processes.
  • Ensure SOPs are clear, concise, and accessible to all employees.
  • Communicate SOP updates and changes effectively to relevant stakeholders.
  • Departmental Operations:
  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
  • Support the implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the department.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role, with a focus on performance management and SOP development.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and legal regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Performance bonus
