  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Account Executive / Asst Manager

We are seeking a Key Account Executive / Assistant Manager to oversee strategic key account management and collaborate closely with the Business Development Manager. This role involves driving new strategies, enhancing performance, and identifying opportunities for growth within the automotive aftermarket paintrepair industry.

Key Responsibilities:

> Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to deliver exceptional service while identifying new sales opportunities.

> Achieve sales targets by understanding client needs and engaging new prospects through a structured sales process.

> Deliver compelling presentations to clients, highlighting product applications and offering tailored solutions.

> Develop and execute a strategic sales plan in alignment with departmental goals and corporate forecasts.

> Ensure adherence to all sales processes and methodologies.

> Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to uncover new business opportunities.

Requirements:

> Diploma in any field or relevant work experience.

> Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.

> Ability to travel to meet clients and prospects as needed.

> 2 to 5 years of experience in the automotive paint industry is a plus.

> Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

> Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

> Competitive base salary with car and cell phone allowance.

> Monday to Friday work schedule: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

> Comprehensive product knowledge training provided

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
