Technician

Technician is responsible on handling daily work order, taking daily reading, carry out PM, update checklist, attend guest room complaint thru FCS report, attend to emergency situation, attend general repair and maintenance work in the entire hotel as well as public areas.

· To receive work order request, attend to work order request, get it sign once completed and hand over to Eng coordinator for update and filing. Uncompleted work order to re arrange at section clip board for future follow up or bring up to team leader or Section Engineer for any follow up action.

· Should be able to handle job/work related to installations, general repairs and maintenance of all operating equipment, minor electrical, air conditioning, BAS system, telephone, CCTV and mechanical trouble shooting, general carpentry, masonry, plumbing, re-painting and re-varnishing and replacement of fused bulbs, etc.

· To take daily electricity, water and gas consumption reading, pool PH and chlorine reading, water tanks level reading, chiller operation and hot water temp reading.

· To carry out any PM activities as assigned by Supervisor or Maintenance Officer and to update the checklist immediately or before the end of their shift.

· Attend to guest room and public area complaint thru the CC system or any assignment as instructed by the Supervisor, Maintenance Officer, Maintenance Manager or Chief Engineer.

· To assist other technical or section works problem as and when required and instructed by any superiors

· To update the daily and monthly checklist as required and instructed by any superiors

Performs any other related tasks assigned by any superiors from time to time.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
