DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist Section Head to prepare daily ingredients and food items in the menu specifications.
  • Possess sound knowledge and skills on food preparation for different sections to produce cooked food with consistency and high quality.
  • Monitor food wastage and spoilage to maintain minimal food cost and in budget.
  • Good attention to details and a passion to work with food menus and recipes.
  • Prepares mise-en-plan for ala carte menu.
  • Ensure kitchen area cleaned, equipment and utensil in hygienic condition.
  • Monitor stock inventory for section involved to complete Stock Card before transfer of shift.

QUALITICATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Age: 19+
  • Min Qualification: Diploma/Certificate in Hospitality and Catering/Cookery/Culinary Health and Safety/Food Hygiene courses.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
