  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

We're on the hunt for a Senior Interior Designer/3D Visualizer who's passionate about creating unforgettable spaces. Your creativity will shape the future of design!

Responsibilities:

3D Visual and Details Drawing Preparation:

  • Preparing drawings for the entire design stage. This includes creating 3D visualizations and technical drawings (2D Detail Drawings & Furniture Detail Drawings). The role involves being hands-on in the design process from concept to detailed technical specifications.

Collaboration with Sales Team:

  • Working closely with the sales department to align design strategies with client expectations and market demands. This collaboration may involve understanding client needs, interpreting sales feedback, and adjusting designs to meet client preferences.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Art/Design/Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
  • Bilingual in Mandarin & English to communicate with Mandarin speaking counterparts. Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role required candidate to deal with Mandarin speaker.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of relevant working experience in 3D rendering & details drawing.
  • Commercial project experience is a bonus.
  • Skills in design software such as AutoCAD, Sketch Up, and 3D Max.
  • Stay ahead of design trends and innovations.
