Job Summary:

Online Customer Support is responsible for providing high-quality customer support across various digital channels. The role focuses on resolving customer inquiries, handling complaints, and ensuring a positive brand experience. This includes managing direct messages, reviews and comments, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve product or service issues.

Key responsibilities include monitoring and responding to customer interactions, processing orders and returns, managing customer feedback, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the company's products and services. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to adapt quickly to changes in digital environments.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred have a working experience in Beauty & Health industry.
  • Proven experience in customer service, especially on social media and e-commerce marketplaces.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
  • Experience with order management and issue resolution in online marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
  • Ability to analyze customer feedback and generate actionable insights.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 per month
