Responsibilities:
- Assist in all administrative matters for Warehouse Dept including arranging courier pick-up
- Submit monthly Warehouse reports to office
- Liaising with Sales Dept and Logistics Dept on day-to-day order to ensure timely deliveries
- Assist in periodic physical stock count and rectify the variances
- Maintain proper filing and documentation system
- Identify areas of improvement and establish or adjust work procedures and practices
Requirements :
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in any related field
- Minimum 1 year related working experience particularly in conventional/small warehouse environment
- Required language : English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Computer literate
- Positive attitude, team player and willing to learn
- Work location is @ Glenmarie, Shah Alam
Job Type: Full-time
