  • Prepare and present proposals and quotations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing in line with company policies and profitability goals.
  • Close sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

    Sales Strategy & Planning:

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target markets.
    • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.

      Reporting & Analysis:

      • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal status in the CRM system.
      • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
      • Analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize strategies.

        Client Management:

        • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
        • Understand client needs and recommend suitable products or services.
        • Provide timely responses to client inquiries and manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing.

Qualifications:

  • Certificates / Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 1years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and negotiation strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of self-motivation and results-oriented approach.
