Negotiation & Closing:- Prepare and present proposals and quotations to potential clients.
- Negotiate terms and pricing in line with company policies and profitability goals.
- Close sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Sales Strategy & Planning:- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target markets.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
Reporting & Analysis:
Qualifications:- Certificates / Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 1years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and negotiation strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of self-motivation and results-oriented approach.
