Negotiation & Closing:

Prepare and present proposals and quotations to potential clients.
Negotiate terms and pricing in line with company policies and profitability goals.
Close sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Sales Strategy & Planning:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target markets.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
Reporting & Analysis:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal status in the CRM system.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize strategies.
Client Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Provide timely responses to client inquiries and manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing.

Qualifications:

Certificates / Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 1years of experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and negotiation strategies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of self-motivation and results-oriented approach.
