Job Title: PE (Physical Education) Teacher Location: Penang, Malaysia Position Type: Full-time Job Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Physical Education (PE) Teacher to join our school. The ideal candidate will inspire and motivate students to lead active, healthy lifestyles while developing physical skills and encouraging teamwork. The PE Teacher will plan and deliver engaging lessons, promote a love for sports and fitness, and ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment. Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging PE lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students. Teach fundamental movement skills, fitness, and a variety of sports. Foster a positive and supportive environment that encourages participation and effort. Assess and monitor students' progress in physical skills, effort, and behavior. Organize and manage school sports teams and extracurricular activities. Ensure the safety and well-being of all students during physical activities. Promote lifelong fitness and healthy habits among students. Collaborate with colleagues on school-wide initiatives and events. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and achievements. Participate in professional development opportunities and stay current with advancements in physical education and sports science. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field. Teaching certification or relevant qualifications in PE. Previous experience teaching PE at the primary or secondary school level is preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills. A passion for sports, fitness, and wellness. First Aid and CPR certification (preferred). Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a positive school culture.
