Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting office operations efficiently through various tasks related to organization and communication. Key Responsibilities: • Scheduling Organize and schedule meetings and appointments. • Correspondence Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle emails professionally. Distribute incoming mail and handle outgoing mail. • Documentation a) Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents. b) Ensure the business license and maintain the Peninsular Malaysia staff assigned to work to Sabah valid at all times c) Ensure all utility bills consistently paid on time to avoid any overdue charges. • Office Supplies Track and order office supplies and ensure the office is well-stocked. Work with vendors to maintain supply levels and handle office maintenance needs • Data Entry Maintain contact lists, produce and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and forms • Event Coordination Assist in the planning and coordination of office events and activities. • Filing Systems Develop and maintain a filing system. • Support Provide general administrative support to the teams as needed, including helping with research, preparing documents, and running errands.
