Responsibilities

SAP Service Module

1. Responsible for the whole services sales process such as issuing Quotation, Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order.
2. Handling of SAP Service Module for Service Administration work.
3. Handling of SAP Service Inventory as this SAP Inventory system is a new process.
4. Service Spare Order E2E Process which includes the following task:
a. Performing Spare Ordering and Returning
b. Managing Spare Part Inventory
c. Tracking of movement and documentation (include MIGO and MIRO)
d. Any other relevant activities part as parcel of Service of Parts Order (system and off system).
e. Stock of spare parts are kept in a good manner and proper tracking is established.
f. Place order for critical spare parts in our inventory.
g. Order spare parts for services if not available in the inventory, when customer Purchase Order is received.
h. For handling spare parts received by the Logistics team – it is required to collect the spare parts and complete the MIRO & MIGO in SAP system and trigger the requestor. Also, request for Material Issue slip for in-house jobs and for inventory release and charging out purpose.
i. Work closely with Order Processing Department.

Project Service

1. To assist Engineer of their progress on project service matters.

ISO Documents

1. Maintain of all ISO documents technical procedures and quality system.
2. Ensure tracking of department working standards are established and updated regularly
3. Work with Technical Assistant Manager and Engineer to ensure that processes are carried out in accordance to ISO requirement.
4. Compose and prepare correspondence, reports, memorandums, agendas and minutes of meetings & assist in the preparation of any materials required for ISO.

Administration

1. To assist in business official functions.
2. Provide general office administration support to the department.
3. To undertake other ad-hoc duties specified by the Head of Department from time to time.

Requirements

1. Candidate must posses at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree, any field.
2. More than 3 years(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Mature, ability to work independently and possess good interpersonal skills.
4. Computer savvy with good knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Visio.
5. Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
6. Proficient in written & spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
7. Good Interpersonal, Communication and Good Team Player.
