Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize daily operations to meet quality and efficiency standards.
- Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures.
- Oversee inventory control.
- Resolve operations issues by working together with operations and office teams.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate operational teams to achieve performance goals.
- Ensure regular training sessions are in place to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and cleanliness standards together with QA team.
- Identify areas for operational improvement and implement streamlined processes.
- Work closely with customer service team to address customer feedback and enhance satisfaction levels.
- Implement initiatives to improve overall customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, Hospitality, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in operations management within the food and beverage industry. (Minimum 7 years experience)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
