Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize daily operations to meet quality and efficiency standards.
  • Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures.
  • Oversee inventory control.
  • Resolve operations issues by working together with operations and office teams.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate operational teams to achieve performance goals.
  • Ensure regular training sessions are in place to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety and cleanliness standards together with QA team.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business management, Hospitality, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  2. Proven experience in operations management within the food and beverage industry. (Minimum 7 years experience)
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Excellent leadership and interpersonal abilities.
  5. Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
