  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Accounts Receivable
  • Develop and maintain payment trackers in the new system, aligned with the terms outlined in the Clinical Trial Agreement.
  • Perform data entry for completed invoices related to ongoing studies, ensuring accuracy and timely updates in the new system.
  • Upload and manage softcopy invoices in the new system, facilitating efficient documentation and retrieval.
  1. Purchasing
  • Assist in updating the Master Database for archiving services, ensuring data is accurate and up to date.
  • Support the filing of Archiving Agreements and related documents, maintaining proper organization and accessibility.

BASIC JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or an equivalent field.
  • Computer literate, with proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and accounting software, is an added advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Self-motivated, meticulous, well-organized, and able to work independently to meet deadlines.
