We currently have 2 roles available:

  • 1 Full time Permanent
  • 1 Fixed Term 12 months (Maternity leave cover)

Role Description & Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end travel expense audit via the Expense tool whilst controlling Expense Report (ER) according to 3DS Travel & Expenses Policy.
  • Drive & complete projects / report analysis assigned in a timely manner.
  • Performs quality reviews and auditing of the ER submitted by the employees & provide comprehensive support to employees on expense audit processes, policy and tool usage.
  • Proactively engage employees, colleagues, and leaders to address identified risks, fraud, & issues and to solve problems with moderate to high complexity
  • Update reference materials such as user guides, presentations, internal platform WIKI community page postings, and auditor checklist in a timely manner.
  • Identify and contribute on audit process improvements, policy changes, and submission of “Ideas” to improve the audit processes
  • Achieve set target volume of ER audited per day and meet the SLA/TAT in conducting high quality audits for each ER in line with KPIs.

Qualifications

  • Suitably tertiary qualified in any field, with degree, diploma or other professional certifications.
  • Must be fluent in English and Professional Fluency in Japanese (reading and comprehension level)
  • Previous experience in Travel and Expense or similar roles (bonus)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel) and Oracle People Soft / SAP.
  • Meticulous with high attention to details to deliver high quality audit.
  • Knowledge in auditing practices and principles, with strong ethical disposition to drive compliance and adherence to policy.
  • Excellent in communication skills in verbal and electronic correspondence (such as email, system remarks, Skype, etc.), and good interpersonal skills.
