1. General Repairs: Perform minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs. Repair or replace defective equipment, fixtures, and appliances. 2. Renovation Work:Assist in the renovation and remodeling of buildings, including demolition, painting, plastering, tiling, and flooring installation. Ensure that all renovation work is done in accordance with the project requirements and safety standards. 3. Maintenance: Carry out routine maintenance tasks, including replacing light fixtures, unclogging drains, patching walls, and inspecting systems to ensure proper functioning. Perform preventative maintenance to prolong the life of building systems and equipment. 4. Carpentry: Assist in building, assembling, and installing furniture, cabinets, doors, windows, and other wood structures. Repair wooden fixtures, walls, and other structures as required. 5. Plumbing and Electrical Work: Fix basic plumbing issues like leaks, broken pipes, or clogged drains.Replace faulty electrical fixtures like switches, outlets, and light bulbs (non-complex tasks). 6. Installation: Install shelving, brackets, curtain rods, and other fixtures as needed. Assist with the installation of appliances and other hardware components. 7. Safety & Compliance: Ensure that all tasks are completed in compliance with safety and building regulations.Identify potential hazards and report them to supervisors for corrective action. 8. Client Relations: Interact professionally with clients on-site, responding to their questions and concerns. Provide updates on project status and ensure customer satisfaction.
