Black Canyon Restaurant originates from Thailand and was brought in this concept to Malaysia in the year 2002. As of today, we have a chain of 26 outlets of Black Canyon Restaurants throughout Malaysia. Restaurant Crew - Service Responsibilities: Providing good and quality customer service experience to customer. • To welcome and provide warm and friendly dining experience to all customers. • Provide menu and any promotional item menu before taking order • Take note of the order issued by the customer carefully • Repeat order for customer verification • Key in order into the menu ordering system • To ensure to meet the timeline for meal ordering delivery • To ensure the cleanliness of the dining area. • To process food orders accurately and always be proactive to customers' needs. • To coordinate drinks and dishes from kitchen, ensuring they are delivered to customers efficiently and accurately. • To coordinate drinks and dishes from kitchen, ensuring they are delivered to customers efficiently and accurately. • Any ad hoc tasks given by Restaurant Manager or Area Manager.
