Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Assist in processing and preparing financial documents, including invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders.

Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.

Support the maintenance of accounting records by organising and filing documents in accordance with established procedures.

Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to address inquiries and provide assistance as needed.

Assist in reconciling bank statements and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy.

Participate in special projects as assigned, which may include data analysis, research, and reporting tasks.

Requirements:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English.

Demonstrated eagerness to learn and contribute in a professional setting.

Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively to meet deadlines.

Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.

Immediate availability or short notice period preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential; familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
