1. Maintaining all civil, building, and plumbing installation, mechanical and electrical plant, and equipment. 2. Liaise with appointed subcontractor to ensure smooth operations of hospital cleanliness, facilities management works etc. 3. Coordinating between Civil/Building works and Mechanical/Electrical Works 4. Supervising and engaging in repair work and the work of contractors. 5. Scheduling preventive maintenance works 6. Initiate orders for spare parts and the engagement of contractors 7. Facilitating in implementing of Quality Assurance procedures, ISO and HSE procedures 8. Train hospital staff in the safe operation on electrical, mechanical, and civil 9. Identify technical problems and react promptly. 10. Maintain and update all civil, mechanical, and electrical drawings, specifications, and manuals. 11. Ensuring relevant laws, statutes and regulations are complied with.
