Marketing Coordinator (1 Year)

Job Descriptions:

• Supporting the preparation of promotion materials for various events and sponsorships, while ensuring all related documentation is appropriately organized and filed.
• Overseeing the submission and filing of Purchase Orders (POs) and invoices to IFO.
• Assisting in the coordination of other secretariat events as needed, which includes obtaining quotes, securing confirmations, preparing documents, managing RSVPs, and organizing materials for events.
• Monitoring the receipt of promotional and branding materials at outstation locations.
• Handling sponsorship tasks for HCPs and societies, including drafting letters and completing vendor registration forms.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Bachelor of Bio Science, Biomedical, Biotechnology, or Biochemistry is preferred. Other equivalent programmes are encouraged to apply.
• At least 1 year of prior working experience in marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Good command in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Proficient in computer literacy and Microsoft Office.
