Job description
- Handling all inbound calls, chat & email pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products
- Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
- Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
- "We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients."
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin.
- Interactive personal skills that fit the team and customer environment as well as adapt to change
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- SPM leavers who are interested to start their career in a call center are also encouraged to apply – Full Training Provided.
- Working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage for this position
Working Location : Ara Damansara - Right opposite to LRT Ara Damansara
Working Hours : 9am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)
Joining Bonus : RM 1000 for 6 Months
