POSITION: Quality Assurance Manager, Outbound Division
JOB SUMMARY
The Quality Assurance (QA) Manager for the Outbound division will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of customer interactions and sales performance. The QA Manager will lead a team of QA analysts, conduct training programs, and work closely with the sales and training departments to ensure alignment with business goals.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creates and implements company quality standards.
- Accomplishes quality assurance objectives by monitoring, reviewing, and enforcing policies and procedures.
- Trains and motivates employees to ensure that quality standards are met.
- To carry out monthly performance reviews with the team, setting development goals and reviewing performance against these goals.
- Monitoring the progress of projects to ensure that deadlines are met.
- Working with management to develop new quality control processes and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
- Min Diploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or relevant field.
- At least 4 years of experience in Quality Assurance or similar roles.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic/rapidly changing work environment.
- Proven experience in quality assurance within a contact centre environment.
- Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis / statistical methods.
- Ability to analyse data and identify trends.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
