Job Scope
- Process account receivable transaction, follow up with customer and related on receivable task
- Assist on account payable transaction, cheque issuance, remittance transfer, and petty cash.
- Prepare delivery order and invoices
- Provide an effective and accuracy accounts record
- Perform employees’ overtime and claim calculations
- Perform monthly accounts verification and reconciliation (including banks, customers, suppliers’ statement and other reconciliation)
- Source and manage purchases
- Understand taxes rules and perform statuary filing including GST & SST
- Perform yearly audit transactions and reports
- Perform general finance process, report and documentation
- Support management in preparing management report and analysis
- Provide support to all employee and management on company information
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,499.00 per month
