Job Scope

  • Process account receivable transaction, follow up with customer and related on receivable task
  • Assist on account payable transaction, cheque issuance, remittance transfer, and petty cash.
  • Prepare delivery order and invoices
  • Provide an effective and accuracy accounts record
  • Perform employees’ overtime and claim calculations
  • Perform monthly accounts verification and reconciliation (including banks, customers, suppliers’ statement and other reconciliation)
  • Source and manage purchases
  • Understand taxes rules and perform statuary filing including GST & SST
  • Perform yearly audit transactions and reports
  • Perform general finance process, report and documentation
  • Support management in preparing management report and analysis
  • Provide support to all employee and management on company information

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,499.00 per month
