FA Technician

 Conducts inspection both for measurement & visual for product from various inputs. The inspection is limited to full measurement according to process print and customer drawing.  These inspections are conducted at various stages of production to ensure compliance with quality, production and workmanship standards.  Inspectors will work closely with all relevant internal personnel coordinating compliance to established standards and work flow through in-process (process print) inspection steps.  Endorse whether part is accepted and rejected. Escalates to superior any result that is being questioned by other department.  Carry out inspections according to relevant procedures/work instructions, highlight any product file with missing content such as customer drawing, process print, CIP, quality data among others.  Assign and create one master sample for all new program.  Records the full data according to FA inspection report or use customer drawing for raw data & check sheets.  Ensures that the form or check list is being filled up completely without keeping any single column empty.  Perform document control and filing to relevant procedures.  Updates softcopy reports such as department performance report, efficiency report, NCMR, sorting & rework form, master sample among others.  Make sure that all measuring equipment are in good condition and reports to superior for any out of order unit.  Maintains compliance to Company policies and work rules, safety standards and good housekeeping practices. Maintains 5S standards as they relate to housekeeping in the department.  Follows ISO 9001/14001 and IATF16949 requirements per standards  Perform any other tasks as requested by the superior.
