Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities 1. Performing routine inspections of equipment and facilities to identify and diagnose problems 2. Performing electrical, telephony, networking repairs and maintenance 3. Performing plumbing repairs and maintenance 4. Performing maintenance repairs 5. Performing structural work on buildings and equipment as required. 6. Ensuring that all equipment and facilities are maintained according to safety regulations and standards 7. Performing repairs and maintenance on various types of equipment. 8. Maintaining records and preparing reports on maintenance activities 9. Assisting other departments with their maintenance needs 10. Other maintenance job as when necessary. Education: Diploma / Certificate in Engineering Skill / Experience: 1. 2-3 years experience in maintenance 2. Strong mechanical and technical skills 3. Ability to use various tools and equipment 4. Good communication and interpersonal skills 5. Strong attention to detail 6. Ability to work independently or as part of a team Additional Remuneration: 1. Attendance allowance 2. Overtime pay 3.
