MACHINIST

Roles and Responsibilities: 1. To co-ordinate solve any technical problem within your knowledge in order to get the job done on time. 2. To analyse and work independently on technical drawing, calculation, set-up, process, method, machine operations, tools and equipment. 3. To have high commitment with company expectation. 4. To prepare weekly progress report. 5. To propose technical improvement on fabrication process, method and speed to meet company standard. 6. To co-ordinate with others to develop good fabrication process for any job assigned. 7. To have commitment on estimate hours and lead time when required. 8. Responsible for arranging and completing all assigned job in time. 9. To control the high quality products that produced. 10. To ensure set-up, process, method, machine operations, tools and equipment using in correct method as in work Instruction . 11. To ensure that not any overwriting to the process or program without notice to leader or superior . 12. Responsible & Maintaining of machines and arranging machines to be serviced when required. 13. To ensure the preventive machine maintenance activities are performed accordingly as assigned. 14. To ensure the working surrounding & machine is kept clean and safe with 5S specification. 15. To train subordinates assigned in terms of technical aspect and day to day operations of the machine. 16. To ensure wearing proper PPE and performed the job safely to ensure ownself safety from working environment. 17. All others responsibilities assigned by Supervisor from time to time.
