Sales & Project Executive

Job description Key Responsibility & Authority - Formulate and implement sales/project objective - Develop new market and expand client base - Visit all architect/consultant engineers/ developers and contractors - Visit any potential clients, for example, TNB, Telekom, Oil and Gas Companies, JKR, or any other related corporations of bodies. - Liaising with all government and quasi-government bodies - Prepare proposals, quotations for all products and systems and follow up with clients - Coordinate with Sales and Technical/Project Department of the Company regarding sales/project/technical - To monitor sales performance of the respective products we distribute - Monitoring billing and collection of payments and ensuring the aforesaid are done on a timely basis - Monitoring and keeping track of sales/project objectives - Monitoring and coordinating all shipment and delivery of goods to clients and distributors - Troubleshooting, repairing, reprogramming, and proposing designs to clients and distributors - Assisting in organizing product training, presentation, demonstration to end-users and distributors in respect of products sold by the Company OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES - Assisting in the preparation of sales and expenditure budget - Any other works arising due to unforeseen circumstances which have not been accounted for in this record
