  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

  • Call to consult and convince customers to use the right products and close the order according to the data that customer has demanded (leads provided).
  • Manage / store customer information on the company system.
  • Take care and close support customers, provide preferential programs for customers to increase sales.
  • Completing the assigned KPIs prescribed.

Skills Required:

  • Clear voice, good communication
  • Selling skills and ability to grasp customer psychology
  • Able to work in a team/ independently
  • Passion to generate more income / commission

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum SPM holder and above
  • At least 1 year and above of experience in Telesales / Telemarketing
  • Any kind of sales experience - for Mandarin speaker only
  • Must be able to work on rotational shift basis & weekend
  • Age: 30 - 50 years old (Healthy & fit to work)
  • Prefer candidates from product consulting, telco, insurance, real estate, beauty industry, online business or similar background.

Salary Package: Basic: RM 2,300 - RM 3,500 + Commission up to RM 5,000

Benefits: All statutory benefits Provided including Birthday Leave!

Working Hours: 9.00am - 6.00pm / 12.00pm - 9.00pm (Monday - Sunday), 6 days off in a month

Location: Menara LYL, Seksyen 51A, Petaling Jaya, Selangor. (Accessible via LRT Asia Jaya)
