  • Be proactive in suggesting additional services or upgrades that might enhance the guest's experience.
  • Offer to make reservations and assist with any special requests.

Opening and Closing Front Office:

  • Ensure that the front office is clean, tidy, and well-organized before opening.
  • Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner and assist them with any inquiries or requests.
  • Ensure that all front office procedures, such as check customer id or personal identification are done efficiently and accurately.
  • Secure the front office and all equipment before closing.

Welcoming Guests:

  • Greet guests with a warm and welcoming smile.
  • Offer assistance for any special needs.

Checking ID's:

  • Verify the guest's identity by checking their ID, passport, or other official documents.
  • Ensure that the ID is valid and matches the guest's name and photo.
  • Record the ID details in the system or logbook prepared
  • Handle any discrepancies or issues regarding the guest's identity in a professional and discreet manner.

Attending Management Meetings Once a Week and Staff Briefing on Operational Nights:

  • Attend management meetings on time and prepared with updates and reports.
  • Participate actively in discussions and provide constructive feedback and suggestions.
  • Be attentive during staff briefing sessions and ensure that all staff are aware of their roles and responsibilities.
  • Address any concerns or issues raised by staff promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure that all staff are aware of the outlet policies and procedures and adhere to them consistently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

  • Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
