Responsibilities:
- Provide fast and accurate responses to customer queries, demonstrating a passion for helping customers.
- Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets by employing effective sales strategies.
- Gain a deep understanding of the products or services offered to assist customers as a knowledgeable product specialist.
- Develop and nurture a community based on the existing customer base and leverage it to expand outreach.
- Be creative and innovative to attract new customers and encourage existing customers to refer others.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers while actively seeking and developing new customer relationships.
- Invite leads to both online and offline events, ensuring high attendance rates and engagement.
- Regularly update contact logs with new leads, repurchase leads, and referral leads.
- Update and submit detailed monthly reports on sales performance, lead activity, and customer interactions.
Requirement :
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Being able to communicate in Mandarin will be an advantage.
- Good Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated individuals with a positive mindset and able to work independently.
- Open for Malaysia Citizens only.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
