Job Summary As a Clinic Supervisor at Dasom Medicare Wellness, you play an integral part in leading the team, enhancing patient experience, and overseeing daily clinic operations. You will support the clinic’s mission by leading by example, assisting staff with patient care, and ensuring that clinic operations run smoothly. Key Leaders use performance metrics to manage day-to-day responsibilities, adapting to the needs of both the clinic and patients. Core Responsibilities: Leadership and People Management Lead and support the ongoing development of clinic staff by providing direct feedback, coaching, mentoring, and addressing performance issues. Recognize staff achievements and address gaps in performance to ensure professional growth and alignment with clinic standards. Share knowledge of treatments, wellness programs, and clinic procedures with the team to ensure they are well-informed. Patient Experience: Ensure the clinic team provides an outstanding patient experience, including assessing patient needs, recommending appropriate treatments, and managing appointments. Address patient feedback and resolve any concerns to ensure satisfaction and deliver high-quality care. Educate patients on clinic services and wellness programs, explaining the benefits of treatments in clear, understandable terms. Proactively manage patient flow and adjust staff assignments to optimize efficiency. Team Collaboration: Foster a respectful and inclusive clinic environment that values differences and promotes teamwork. Establish strong, supportive relationships with team members to ensure clinic operations are effective. Collaborate with staff to maintain the highest standards of patient care and ensure smooth clinic operations. Operations: Provide leadership on the clinic floor, including overseeing schedules, managing patient intake, and ensuring all operational tasks are completed efficiently. Review clinic data and metrics to track progress toward business goals, making adjustments as necessary. Oversee inventory and product presentation, ensuring all materials and treatments are properly stocked and prepared. Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of clinic facilities according to healthcare standards. Adhere to all clinic safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment for both staff and patients. Job Requirements Eligibility Must be legally eligible to work in Malaysia. Availability Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed. Experience Experience in healthcare or wellness clinic operations is preferred. Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role in a healthcare setting is advantageous.
